4×70 Minute video calls with college coaches. Each session will include a short lacrosse or fitness station, and then 2-3 stations in small groups with 1 coach leading the girls through LIT curriculum exercises. There will be short homework assignments related to call topics and curriculum each week.
Current 6th through 12th graders. Groups will be made up of girls from different parts of the country who are in the same grade.

Lacrosse instruction in groups of 12
3×3 competitions, technical skill work for all positions including footwork, stickwork, shooting, goalie technique, and defensive tactics
90 minute sessions, 2x per week, 4 weeks

Skill level is open to intermediate to advanced girls lacrosse players

4Core Lacrosse is partnering with Taylor Cummings and she will be coming out to Walnut Creek July 15th at Northgate High School. Space is limited.
TAYLOR CUMMINGS IS A PROFESSIONAL LACROSSE PLAYER FROM ELLICOTT CITY,MARYLAND. A FORMER MCDONOGH SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND MIDFIELDER AND CURRENT MEMBER OF TEAM USA, CUMMINGS HAS BEEN FORTUNATE TO COMPETE AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF HIGH SCHOOL, COLLEGE, INTERNATIONAL, AND PROFESSIONAL LACROSSE. DURING HER TIME AT THE MCDONOGH SCHOOL, TAYLOR’S TEAMS WON FOUR STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS AND LOST ONE GAME IN FOUR YEARS. AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND, TAYLOR PLAYED FOR LEGENDARY COACH CATHY REESE, WINNING THREE CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS, PLAYING IN FOUR CONSECUTIVE NCAA CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES AND WINNING TWO NCAA NATIONAL TITLES WITH THE TERPS. TAYLOR WAS A FOUR-TIME FIRST TEAM ALL-AMERICAN AND THE YOUNGEST WOMAN EVER TO WIN THE TEWAARATON AWARD (AN HONOR GIVEN TO THE BEST PLAYER IN COLLEGE LACROSSE), AND THE ONLY THREE-TIME TEWAARATON AWARD WINNER (MEN’S OR WOMEN’S). IN THE SUMMER OF 2017, TAYLOR PLAYED FOR TEAML USA, WINNING GOLD MEDALS IN BOTH THE FIL WORLD CUP AND WORLD GAMES AND WAS NAMED TO THE ALL-WORLD TEAM. TAYLOR MOST RECENTLY JOINED THE NEW YORK FIGHT AND WILL COMPETE IN THE WOMEN’S PROFESSIONAL LACROSSE LEAGUE (WPLL) AGAIN IN 2019. WHEN SHE ISN’T PLAYING, TAYLOR RUNS HER OWN BUSINESS, TAYLOR CUMMINGS LACROSSE, A COMPANY CENTERED AROUND PROVIDING HIGH-QUALITY INSTRUCTION THROUGH CAMPS AND CLINICS AROUND THE COUNTRY. SHE WANTS TO GROW THE SPORT AND CONTINUE TO ENCOURAGE YOUNG GIRLS EVERYWHERE TO FIGHT FOR THEIR DREAMS.
